Cilisia Reynoso was my realtor, buyer's agent. She was very helpful at every stage of the process once I determined the property was something I wanted for myself. She was very accomodating and came to me at work when we needed to meet and always very accessible by phone. When she could she tried to save me money (e.g. home insurance inspection, etc. She was great about giving updates of where we were in the process. When our first loan did not go through on the date of closing, through on the stress, she worked her magic and we were able to secure another loan agent and company immediately and have the seller agree to the delay and NOT lose our property. Cilisia was understanding. Obviously there are some things she could not be in control of, but whatever she could help with, she always tried and let us know the result. Overall, Cilisia was a great liason in all this and I am now thankfully and happily a first time home owner.
